Applications for these solenoid valves include for the use of clean drinking water, compressed air, and NON corosive liquids similar in viscosity to that of water (eg. Hydraulic Oil & SAE 10 Oils are OK, but Motor & Gear Oils are too thick). Also check the specifications; only the ZERO pressure rated (Zero Bar Minimum Pressure) valves will work for gravity feed systems. Look under the Industrial/Specialized valve table for larger size Zero Pressure rated valves.
